We are very thankful for the team at EC Credit Control. Fortunately, we don’t often need to use debt collection services, but this year we found ourselves in a difficult situation when one of our long-term customers sold their business.
Prior to the sale, we had never had any payment issues with them. However, once the business changed hands, an outstanding payment remained unpaid. I tried multiple times to resolve it myself – emails, texts, and calls – but received no response. At that point, I realised we needed professional help and referred the matter to EC Credit Control.
The team worked very hard on our behalf and persisted despite also receiving no response from the debtor. Thanks to their efforts, we ultimately received full payment. We honestly could not have achieved this result without their support.
