Accounts Administrator - Napier Based
A position has become available in our Accounts department. The position involves accurate processing of accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, client payment follow up, corporate reporting and internal company charging. This role requires someone who has:
• Accurate data entry
• Accurate accounting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
• A sound work ethic
• The ability to work as part of a team
• A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential
Credit Controllers - Multiple Roles avalable - Napier Based
Due to greatly increased demand for our services, we require additional competent part time and full time Credit Controllers for our Corporate Collections department.
These positions require extremely good communication skills with above average customer service telephone skills, the ability to work as part of a team, a sound work ethic and a high level of computer competency.

Area Manager - Two Territories Available Otago / Southland and Nelson / Marlborough
This is a unique opportunity for you if you are a self motivated, well organized and rewards driven individual.
As an Area Manager you will be responsible for ensuring your territory is professionally managed as if it were your own business. Whilst you will be given full autonomy in the role there will be clear direction provided to ensure you stay on track.
Our focus is to provide SME (Small Medium Enterprises) assistance with their Credit Management needs whether this be Debt Recovery, Terms of Trade, Credit Reporting or Employment issues. As an Area Manager for EC Credit Control you will have the support of the largest privately owned collection agency in Australasia and a company that has experienced tremendous growth in recent years. Now with a client base of over 50,000 throughout New Zealand and Australia, we are the envy of our competitors.
This position is based on commission (retainer paid for the first 8 weeks) you will need to be able to demonstrate a proven sales track record, the ability to communicate and negotiate with business owners, and ideally having been in your own business so you know what it is like to be driven by sales.
