Originally from Ireland, I started my career in credit management in 2006 before moving to New Zealand in 2011 for further opportunities.
My knowledge and experience with debt and credit management are wide and varied, across a number of industries from construction to IT. Initially, I started as a Collections/Resolutions agent before progressing into a Credit Manager role.
My 15-years of experience gives me a practical understanding of why it is crucial to have strong credit control and debt resolution processes in place. I believe that maintaining a healthy cash flow is key to a successful business.
