About the role

This role is in our Resolutions Team.  As a member of this team, you will communicate with customers to identify the best way to resolve their issue and then work with them to execute that plan.  We have great tools available to you and a highly refined training course to ensure that you are well prepared.  The skills you learn with us are highly transferrable and useful in a variety of circumstances.

This is a 40 hour per week role based in our Napier CBD office. Our office is open 8:30am to 7pm, Monday to Friday and your hours will fit in between those times.  The role will mean that you need to be here until 7pm some days but not others.

Working in Napier CBD is great.  There is a nice community feel and we are right amongst cafe’s, restaurants, bars, shops, facilities and are close to pathways for your lunchtime walk – we value your wellbeing.
