Having taken over the Wellington/Kapiti region recently it appears that there are still a number of challenges facing the businesses community in this area. Whilst business confidence is increasing there seems to be some reluctance and hesitancy in growing the customer base and seek new business opportunities.

Having recently taken part in the EC Credit Control Ltd training, it now seems to me that it is now more important than ever to have robust credit control practices in place. Whether it be Debt Recovery or ensuring the Terms of Trade are fit for purpose. Not only would that protect the profit that you have but enable you to look at growing the business by taking futureproof measures to ensure that the road ahead looks bright.

With an interesting mix of industries and businesses in the area the challenge will be to ensure that we can provide solutions to our customers and enabling them to manage their businesses safe in the knowledge they have the backup and support required.
