Originally from Yorkshire in the UK & brought up in an awesome but mad Anglo-Irish family, I emigrated to NZ in 1996 after a career in the Royal Air Force and then a 3-year blur in hospitality “working” holidays in Italy and the Greek Isles on the way to the Manawatu.
