Are you a sales hunter who can provide these solutions to SME businesses? Perfect, as we are looking to add new team members to service the Christchurch and Upper Southland regions.

About this role

You will be working from home, generating leads and appointments over the phone and across various channels, helping businesses minimise their transactional risk and protecting their cash flow. There will be a 50/50 split of servicing and upselling to our current client base and getting out and about in your region and onboarding new business. We want all our clients to be protected and you to lead the charge for your region.

This sales role is very rewarding with the backing of a supportive Sales Management team, an eclectic mix of Area Managers throughout the country all on hand to share their knowledge, and a vibrant wider team who are with you every step of the way. Initial training is provided to get you market-ready plus ongoing training will be provided in addition to our bi-annual Sales Conference where you get to see the team in person.

About you

You must be an experienced salesperson who has the confidence and ability to pick up a phone, network your region and be motivated to achieve your targets. Great communication, high attention to detail and technical ability will get you far.

Self-motivation is key here as you will be working to drive your own business success and take advantage of increased commission revenue. Experience in the finance, insurances, credit, broking, banking, or real estate industries would be advantageous.
